Maura M. Knowles is an actor-singer-writer-filmmaker and certified health coach/educator based in Los Angeles, CA.

Her health & wellness company, Mac-n-Mo’s was created in her quest to find a healthy alternative for her dad, Mac, (a diabetic) after he survived quadruple bypass surgery. Maura (Mo, the Morselist) was determined to find a solution which has been a guiding philosophy in all areas of her life.

TV credits include; 'Crazy Ex-Girlfriend', 'Law & Order', 'Special Victims Unit' as well as multiple feature films. As a filmmaker, she has written/produced several short films, a web series, 'Confessions of a Corona-tined Morselist', and her musical-comedy series, 'Insult to Injury' is in development.

A Statement from Maura: 

"I wrote 'My Transformation' during the 5th month of "Corona-tine" for a monologue challenge and discovered a revelation. 

​

I'm a creative multi-hyphenate, a survivor, problem-solver, trailblazer, innovator, mentor and 99% of the time make Morselicious lemonade out of lemons. My guiding philosophy comes from my hero, 'Nothing is impossible. The word itself says I'M Possible!' - Audrey Hepburn."
