A Statement from Ziga:
"This piece is a reflection of my own personal thoughts and also of the world today. Individualism is seen as a negative thing and I wanted to express that being individualistic is just as positive as being in a group. I also wanted to touch on the looming thought of how the world can become a better place if we come together in solidarity. I used many poetic devices such as metaphors and imagery and used flowers to symbolize humans and the emotional and physical shifts we undergo.
The guitar you hear in the background is actually me on the keyboard. I switched the sound settings to play a sweet guitar sound that blended well in the background of my poem."
