Are you or a loved one experiencing a burnout?
Some signs of a burnout are: losing patience quickly, poor sleep, being easily distracted and feeling really tired. The ongoing pandemic, the presidential election, working from home, financial stress (and the list goes on) is affecting all of us.
Take control of your mental health and schedule time away from work and your phone. Give yourself time to feel and process all your emotions and remember that taking great care of yourself is a necessity not a luxury.
